An Adventure in Black and White

I've been wanting to do a black and white quilt.  There are some amazing large scale prints that I wanted to use.

That beautiful chrysanthemum print is "Yoko" by Alexander Henry.  And I didn't need much to go with it, since it's so dramatic on its own.  Just a touch of multicolored paisley, and a few accent strips, and it was good to go.

There's an allover stipple quilting pattern in the large panels, and straight line quilting in the narrow strips.

Here's the whole thing.

The sharp-eyed among you might recognize the pattern.
It's a slightly rearranged version of this quilt

And this quilt
I wonder what the NEXT version of this quilt will look like?
