Here they are laid out on my Design Floor. There are 25 blocks, and the blocks are 15 1/2" square.
Some of them were "event" shirts, so I let the event dictate the design of the block, like this one. Note the applique pumpkin in the lower right corner, and the fun skeleton fabric around the edge.
I thought the clock fabric was the perfect border for this one, and there's a little clock applique as well.
And here's a little joke (although we might be the only ones who ever get it!) I absolutely HAD to put "Peace Love Kappa" next to "You've got to scalp'em Seminoles!" I just love contrary and ironic humor.
I think that Peace block is my favorite of all of them!
.
I am always amazed with T-shirt quilts! I've never tried to make one mostly because I can feel my frustration level increasing at the thought alone of working with that kind of fabric. I do so admire people who make them, and make them well!
