You'll recall from this post that this project was generated by a customer of mine whose father just died-- those are his shirts, and the quilt is going to be a Christmas present for her mom.
There's a lot of quilting fabric in this quilt, more than I usually use, because there weren't very many shirts to begin with. So I had to fill in with fabric! My customer mentioned that her mom has a rust colored couch and paisley drapes. . .
Considering the circumstances, and the season, I'm hoping that this quilt brings her a lot of comfort!
