This recently completed, queen size project comes to mind:

I had to laugh!

Sometimes I make such silly mistakes that all I can do is laugh.

Case in point.

Note to self:  PAY ATTENTION WHEN YOU'RE PIECING.




Luckily, these placemats hadn't been quilted yet.

OK, surely this is fixable.

I ripped all of the seams apart, and re-positioned the pieces to match the other 3 placemats.

Hooray!  4 matching placemats quilted and complete!
